This one falls a bit into the “timing is everything” category. Over the summer, when gas prices were climbing at the pumps, iostudio and Daily’s Convenience Stores created a “Click to Fill Your Tank” promotion. By summer’s end, ten $1,000 gas cards were given away. While the promotion involved registration on the Daily’s website and a text-to-win feature, the cornerstone was an engaging Facebook app that brought people back to play—well, daily.
The folks at Daily’s asked for something fun and different that would be easy for people to enter; it also had to work well with their current promotions. They loved the look and feel of the illustrated Facebook game iostudio designed and created. And they were very pleased with the results as well.
